In May 2014 we engaged the services of CTY Envirotech to look at the
feasibility of upgrading our extensive hallway, firestair and carpark lighting to
LED technology. Thean Chew provided a detailed proposal for a complete
LED lighting upgrade with detailed return on investment based on energy
savings and energy saving scheme rebates. Options and recommendations
for the appliances were provided in the proposal.
CTY were awarded the contract and carried out the installation in a
professional and timely manner. We were kept informed of progress and any
issues encountered with the building were highlighted and addressed.
Following the installation CTY reviewed the energy savings to verify the
model used in their proposal. The actual energy savings were even better
than modelled resulting in an even better ROI.
I would not hesitate in recommending the services of CTY Envirotech to
other buildings looking for a comprehensive consulting and installation
service.
